LaSaan Georgeson, a former corporate HR executive turned sommelier raises a toast to creating and living out one's dreams while inspiring others to do the same. She is certified as a Sommelier and Specialist of Spirits; she trained at International Sommelier Guild, The Court of Master Sommeliers, and The Society of Wine Educators.
Through her enlivened talks and MYE workshops utilizing the proprietary (VAST) personality assessment tool, she'll challenge you to transform the meaning of innovation through the focus of individualism experienced in her sensory presentations.

Needing to pivot in 2020, LaSaan created
'V-events' in hopes to restore socializing while creating genuine connections in the new era of distancing. These are customized appealing events, all conducted virtually.
Utilizing her book, If A Wine Were Me, Which Would it Be? LaSaan created 'Saan the Somm' enlivened talks and the most unique MYE workshops designed to embrace individual expression resulting in organic inclusiveness and innovation.
MYE workshops utilize wine as the metaphor to glean the benefits of identifying and working most effectively with like and differing personality traits.
Come open-minded to garner the tips from oenology to viticulture; gain insights needed to effectively lead people; experience an understanding of how to blend with precision; and embrace single-mindedness.

- Tasting for Distinction: A 60-minute Sommelier led experiential discovery of one’s palate to include a tasting of 4 distinct wines or spirits.
- From Grapes/Grains to Glass: A 90-minute Somm and winemaker/distiller tasting event exploring the art and science behind those sips we enjoy.
- Wine & Food Magical Moments: A 90-minute pairing with featured chefs! Includes cooking demo, wine samplings of select varietals in discover of harmony with the food being cooked.
- Book Reading with Experiential Wine Tasting: A 60-minute experiential tasting of wines reflected from the Book, includes an opening read from the author and interactive discussion.
- Cocktail this Day Away: A 90-minute Mixologist led event sharing the history and learning to concoct 3 famed cocktails with balance.
- "Speakeasy Lounge Hour" Private custom-designed and themed 60-minute events enjoyed tasting some rare sips while getting the 411.

Our expertise is in the authentic engagement of the content with an emphasis on identifying behaviors inherent in each participant - individualism - and how it impacts the individuals team. Our intention is to create self-awareness to leverage as a core strength, ultimately enhancing innovation through genuine belongingness in the workplace. Saan the Somm Talks range from 15 - 20 minutes followed by 30 - 45 minute lively discussions.

Our workshops are not only engaging but quite edu-taining!
MYE, Maximize Your Expression, workshops have been designed for manager level and above, perfectly complemented using our VAST tool – or just as valuable on their own, for leadership enhancement and fluid team-building. Each workshops will provide participants with actionable tools/concepts to move your company forward.
MYE workshops can be produced as half-day or full day sessions and run by select local trained talent. It is our belief that knowledge is accelerated and better retained with practice, with our experiential coursework you'll experience the desired outcomes more readily.
